The answer is B, “Agenda.”
Meeting effectiveness begins with defining the objectives for the meeting. The agenda is the critical document that defines the scope of the meeting, the order in which topics will be discussed, and often, the time allocated for each item. The agenda is distributed to all meeting invitees and other interested parties. Sometimes, attendees can determine the need for their attendance at the meeting by reviewing the topics that will be discussed.
